A sleigh takes Isabella, the beautiful Andalusian mare Buttercup, her adorable foal Cream, and the Bernese mountain dog Lucy to the Lelawala forest. There, Isabella offers hay, vegetables and other treats to the small and large animals of the forest. Oatmeal cookies, cooked according to Professor Muriel's recipe, are horses' favorites. When they get cold, Isabella covers the horses with a blanket to warm them.
